Municipio Manatuto is one of the educational sites sepcially in Soibada that has produced most of the historical and current leaders in Timor-Leste during the Portuguese colonization in Timor. Municipality of Manatuto has six (6) city councils and its areas has covered the island from the northern part to southern side.
